One of my friends is having a bad time. Way bad time. And I can't help her. I'm watching as she gets worse and worse and worse. And holy fuck. It's living hell. I Can't Help Her. I just sit there and watch. Watch as she tries to be happy, and fails. I watch it all, and it hurts. And i'm so scared, she'll end up like me. I can't help her on my own, and her only sibling who can help her, she's forbidden to talk to, and the other one who could is fucking siding with her parents on an issue which is making her worse. And I can't do it on my own. I don't know what to do I'm so scared. I can watch myself spiral downward, but I can't watch her do i
